Engineer
Design and optimization of mechanical components for Liquid filtration productsAnalysis of mechanical systems, including Finite Element analysis for structural, fatigue, thermal, vibration, and acousticsAnalysis and specification of products/systemsDevelops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standardsInterfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assemblyRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reportsPrepare standard & design guideline for hydraulic filtersConfer with process/manufacturing engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering5+ years’ experience.
Autodesk Inventor or Pro-E – CAD Modelling tools
Good knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, DFM and DFA

Quality Engineer
Studies, interprets & communicates customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, and customer satisfaction through the standard work of preparing, maintaining & updating PFMEA’s, Process flow diagrams, Control plans, Inspection plans & Check sheets.Performs process capability studies and identifies OFI and develops improvement methodologies in coordination with Process Engg and product design Engg.
Identifies risks to Quality in the existing processes and develops improvement actions in coordination with manufacturing and process engineering.
Evaluates customer & warranty claims and develops improvement measures through the CFT approach and communicates to the customer on a timely basis in customer specific formats.Communicates & coordinates with CFT for customers and third-party quality inspection / audits.
Works with other Quality engineers and CFT’s in the preparation and submission of APQP & PPAP documents for new products and engineering changes.
Prepares the MRM documentation for process Quality and presents effectively during the review meetings.
Acquires customer metrics relating to quality performance, trends and corrective action and defines improvement measures.
Participates and contributes actively in Kaizen events, SbD & deflation workshops.
Continuously improves professional and technical knowledge by attending focused training programs & educational workshops.
Develops the subordinates by evaluating their performance & identifying the areas of improvement and preparing and executing their improvement plans.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
8+ years’ experience in the Quality function with demonstrated ability to perform independently with a clear track record of shouldering increased responsibility
