Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering
- At least 4 to 7 years of experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering preferably from an automotive high volume manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of handling KAIZEN, LEAN, and Process Improvement projects

Job Description :
1. Conduct work measurements and establishes the sequence of operations to manufacture products to promote efficient utilization and arrive at work standards
2. Designs layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to eliminate NVAs to improve efficiency, conducts methods analysis, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficiency and facility utilization
3. Capacity Planning for Machines / Equipment procurement, Capex management
4. Driving the Continuous Improvement Activities on Shop Floor
5. Material Handling & WorkPlace Facility Planning for Existing and New Projects
6. Lead value stream mapping exercise to determine and record business improvement areas
7. Track on a daily basis the available, consumed, and lost hours and perform suitable data analysis of the major bottleneck in the processes, and facilitate the concerned department to eliminate the contributing factors for such losses
8. Ensure day to day support for the operations to achieve the required productivity and efficiency
9. Utilize capacity model to identify bottlenecks and perform line balancing to support a machine shop production line
10. Utilizing a wider range of Industrial Engineering, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and techniques to make process improvements
