Job Description :
- Product Drawings manufacturing feasibility study (Machining symbols, Manufacturing feasibility
- Time study, Work study & video analysis(Machining parameters, Allowance)
- Cp, Cpk analysis
- Preparation of Customer audit documents and specification as required by customer
- Prepare and updation of customer project tracking sheet
- Prepare and updation of Manufacturing feasibility study of Customer components
- Analyze downtime, identify trends and develop solutions through ACME guidelines
- Have knowledge of CNC machining techniques and general machining for Lathes and Mills To ensure components meet all specifications and quality standards as required.
- Support production and engineering with tooling/technical problems.
