Address the L3 production tickets on time
Work on Dev and Maintenance projects
Communicate to the Downstream users on delays
Review the data quality report on all the platforms
Address Business and Downstream queries and handle fixes independently
Involved in Coding, Unit testing, Component Integration testing , System Integration testing and implementation
Participate/host calls independently with onshore technology teams in requirement gathering meetings and proactively clarify doubts
