Roles & Responsibilities :
- Creation of 3D Models of machines and sub assemblies
- Performing Design FMEA
- Design & Drafting of part drawings .
- Preparation of assembly drawing , part drawings and generation of Bill Of Materials (BOM) related to machines.
- Preparing & maintaining Documents / records of Design office.
- Printing & Releasing drawings for manufacturing & assembly
- Conversion of old tracing sheet drawings into Auto CAD drawings
- Copying/reverse engineering of machines
- Design of jigs & fixtures .
- Preparing machine manuals & Technical write ups.
- Coordinating with assembly team for problem solving.
- Attending technical discussions with internal team and external Design experts.
