Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Recognize project needs in accordance with programme milestones. Gateway System for OEM Product Development.
Support the engineering and design project delivery process from planning to execution, including QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation and release, support for CAE and physical validation, and development and implementation support.
CAD assistance is provided for the production of engineering proposals in cooperation with internal and external (Supplier) specialists.
Models and drawings are made available with the system engineer.
creation of a material bill.
exposure to international standards for E7 design and BIW engineering (Body side Closures, Underbody and front end).
conceptualising, designing, and fabrication of sheet metal BIW/Closure/Underbody parts.
Support for part development and quality activities from CDMM and other implementation teams
