Job Description(Accountant Jobs in Chennai For Freshers):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in the Accounts Department. Also, they should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
Regular Posting of Accounting Entries (Vendor Booking, Collection & other Accounting entries) and getting it authorized by the reporting manager on the same day.
Taking care of material invoice booking after verification with PO and invoice. Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis. Posting of Accounts Payable & Receivable entry.
Posting of Concur Entries as per Employee Cost Center. Follow up with respective teams towards invoices against advance payment done to vendors.
Preparation of Excel Template for IC payments. Directly Work with the Treasury team for payments (Local / Import).
Directly work with the Tax team with the help of the reporting manager to finalize the liabilities. Inventory Physical Count on a Monthly Basis with the help of the Reporting Manager.
Closely work on Audit Preparation. Sending Physical Invoices to Customers on a Monthly Basis. Preparation of Various MIS Reports.
Proper filling of All Invoices on a Weekly basis Cross Cross-check the Entries posted in the tally (PEGT Sheet) with the invoice while filling before closing.
