1.Select vehicles qualified for Refurb dependent on extent of work and spending plan
2.Create Statement of Work (Workorder) for every vehicle to be imparted to studios
3.Perform QC of approaching refurb vehicles according to Workorder
4.Ensure submitted TAT and quality is accomplished by studio
5.Manage the trade-in vehicle’s archives pre and post refurb
6.Coordinate with the Central group for refurb prerequisites, invoicing, endorsements, and so forth
7.Plan day by day reports for checking
