Job Description :
Under the direction of the Aircraft Engineer, work in shifts to maintain Cathay Group aircraft and, if necessary, those of third-party customers.
When asked, do operational relief work or standard work locally or abroad.
Help keep an eye on the performance of third-party suppliers (technical, ramp services, de-icing, refuelling, etc.), follow up, and fix any operational problems as soon as possible.
Support the contingency plans and ad hoc operational needs, such as diversions, charters, ad hoc aircraft type changes, major disruption recovery, etc.
Service and maintain the ground equipment, vehicles, and buildings at the station.
Help Cathay Quality Assurance, the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, and/or third-party audits, and make sure the audit findings are followed up on and fixed within the required timeframes.
As directed by the Engineering Manager or Engineering Supervisor, manage the station and make sure all station documentation and passes are up-to-date and valid.
Make sure you follow the local rules and standards for health and safety at work.
