Designation: Application / Sr. Application Engineer
- Good communication skills (oral, written) along with presentation skills.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Catia V5 or Solid works or Unigraphics or Inventor or Pro E etc CAD/CAM softwares in AUTOMOTIVE Domain.
- Should know basics of Catia V5 modules like part design, surface design, drafting, assembly.
- Should be interested in trouble shooting, installation, validation up gradation, demonstrations of CAD/CAM Software.
- Openness for travel.
- Ready to excel and learn new technologies like CATIA V6.
Qualifications: Graduate B.E- Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial ers in Material Science will be advantage.
Experience: 3 – 6 years in CAD/CAM or Automotive Industry
Competencies required:
- Proven track record within the Technical Support environment
- Result oriented

Job Description :
Sr. Application Engineer / Application Specialist
- Should have 3-6 years hands on experience in using FEA tools such as Abaqus/Ansys/Hypermesh etc with at least 1 year experience in Abaqus.
- Should possess very good communication and presentation skills.
- Responsible for technical pre-sales activities like product presentations, demonstrations, benchmarking etc.
- Responsible for post sales technical support like software installations, trouble shootings and customer training deliveries etc.
- Should have experience on working independently with FEA simulations in linear and non-linear analysis in the areas of Automotive, Aerospace and Power and General Engineering.
- Should be open for travel to client places within and across the regions.
- Interacting with the customer and understand the FEA requirements if any bench markings by producing accurate results and proving the software capabilities.
- Good understanding of solid mechanics, durability and advanced FEA concepts
- Should have good expertise in handling and troubleshooting with the FEA software and simulations resolving convergence issues.
Qualifications: Graduate B.E- Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial ers in Material Science will be advantage.
Experience: 3 – 6 years in CAD/CAM or Automotive Industry
