Your Company has achieved Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs.500 Crore as against Profit of Rs.258 Crore reported previous Financial Year.
I am extremely pleased to inform that your Company continues to maintain a consistent track record of dividend payment. Your Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1 per equity share of 10/- each amounting to Rs. 18.33 Crore. It also gives me great pleasure in informing that your Company has paid an interim dividend of Rs 7.30 per share in March 2022. The total dividend for the FY 2021-22 declared by the Company is Rs.8.30 per share (face value of 10/-each).
