Educational Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Masters in Computational Methods or any core Mechanical relevant discipline
Year of Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience
Job Location :
Be an integral part of specialist team that is responsible for Structural simulation, Material modeling and characterization etc. and that works across various product design teams at BOSCH. The main activities include FEA modeling (Physical models and/or Data models), Meta model development, build-up of model libraries, engineering analysis, and material characterization, along with verification and validation of mechanical simulation models.

Job Description :
- Solver: Abaqus/Standard (Mandatory)
- Pre-processing: Hex and Tetra meshing in Abaqus/CAE (Mandatory)
- Experience in handling complete workflow using Abaqus CAE (Pre to Post Processing)
- Hyper mesh (Optional)
- Input deck preparation: Abaqus/CAE (Mandatory)
- Post processing: Abaqus/CAE viewer (Mandatory)
- Modelling techniques (Mandatory):
- Static nonlinear, Contact modeling
- Elastic – Plastic material modelling of Metals, Thermo-Plastics
- Modelling techniques (Added advantage):
- Hyper elastic material modelling (e.g., O rings, dampers)
- FEA experience in Automotive Steering Components/System would be added advantage
- Very strong Analytical Skills to verify computational outputs
