Year of Experience:
5+ years’ experience in CAD design within Ford product development. Familiar with PD development skills/process such as VPPDS/GPDS, WERS, Team Center, and Catia skills.
Good familiarity with automotive design and manufacturing processes.
Computer literacy and competency with the basic Microsoft Office include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Description :
CAD design and modeling for VP accessory parts follow GPDS/VPPDS process
- Responsible for preliminary packaging feasibility coordination.
- Providing the reference 3D data for spec. checking, regulation confirmation and product justification…etc.
- Follow engineering layout & direction to complete 3D design data for new developed parts.
- Responsible for CAD Release and check-in in Ford Team Center.
- Responsible for the creation of installation manuals for VP accessories
- Responsible for class A surfacing modification for new developed parts if it is requested
