– Support Stock Controller for stock management and coordinate end to end process to ensure max cars are available for sale (NAFS to AFS)
– Display matrix coordination with FPs to ensure optimum stock and model level availability in the field to ensure brand presence
– Handling Zohos queries and ensure timely resolution from request till dispatch of cars
– Media cars movement allocation based on requests
– Setting dispatch priorities with VPC w.r.t. customer reservations and display cars allocation.

Job Description
Location: Pune
Experience: 3 – 4 Years
1. Oversee daily operations of assigned stations at Body Shop
– Assign tasks to the Operating Associates and review performance.
– Be responsible for fulfilling daily targets of production, and ensuring required quality
– Responsible for continuous improvements on efficiency (productivity )
– Coordinate with Tool Crib for required tools, and with logistics for daily plan and material requirements
– Ensure adherence to safety standards and Work Instructions and plan CAPA in case of incidences.
– Highlight any problems or delays to Line Incharge, and ensure compliant operations at all times
– Responsible for Inventory and stock take of WIP in production.
2. Documentation
– Prepare various documents and reports like OJT, work analysis reports, trial reports of new joinees, etc.
– Ensure target reports, quality reports, skill reports are prepared and displayed at the Line
– Review reports / instructions received from Daimler AG and communicate / share with colleagues; be responsible for implementation of such instructions
– Coordinate with Daimler AG on technical matters
3. Other Activities
– Monitor Line KPIs based on quality complaints, fault levels, damage during production process, etc.
– Use diagnostic techniques to identify problems on vehicles that fall out of line and recommend course of action
– Perform root cause analysis and identify actions for resolution, communicate with operators for corrective actions for future, update dashboard
– Responsible for Asset Identification and upkeep
– Have a basic understanding of the BIW geometry and CMM processes
4. Effectively monitor and guide the team
– Ensure discipline and a conducive work environment
– Ensure periodic review and feedback to the team members (Operating Associates)
– Ensure requisite processes, methods and techniques are understood and implemented by the team.
– Ensure continuous upgradation of skills of team members through regular coaching and training
– Encourage Kaizen and suggestions from team members activities; Support in various CIWs, TPM initiatives and Kaizens, and monitor to ensure successful completion
