Job Description :
1D Charging system and High Voltage Wiring Harness Simulations
Job Responsibilities:
– Functional evaluation of Charging System & High voltage wiring harness through simulation for Conventional and xEV’s
– Developing, validating and maintaining simulation models
– Design recommendations and counter measure suggestions
– Design iterations and Concept Studies: Schematic changes, components evaluation
– Interactions with global counterparts and understanding the requirements
– Understanding the test data and supporting the tests
Good understanding of Control Strategy, Automotive software technology, Heat Transfer, Fluid dynamics and System simulation modeling
– Good understanding and hands on experience of Charging systems/High voltage wiring harness
– Excellent documentation and oral/written/graphic communication skills
– Reliable in meeting timelines and quality, with minimum supervision
– Structured problem solving skills
Preferable
– Skilled in 1D flow-thermal simulations, Control Strategy, Automotive software technology, Heat transfer & Fluid Dynamics
– Programming Skills (dspace, Canoe, Matlab, Simulink, Simscape, VBA)
– German language competency
