Job Description :
- Knowledge on working of all electrical equipment like lighting, earthing, HT & LT motors and Switch gears, their operation, maintenance, Trouble Shooting, Route Cause Analysis
- Making Power Report & Energy Conservation Report, liasioning with local/district/regional level Govt. electrical officials.
- Electrical workshop lead to handle experience required
- Knowledge on SIMOCODE & Workstation, Numerical Relays & DIGSI Software, AC Drive Parameters viewing & DIRIS A40 Multi-Function Meter.
- Operating, Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of DGsets, 132 KV SS, Load centers, HT & LT Panels, LRS, GRR, Capacitor Panels and other Aux. Panels. Handling of Power Failure Situations, APSPDCL Meter reading with local APSPDCL / APTRANSCO officers.
- IMS Audits & Requirements, Emergency Preparedness, Risk Assessment, Work Permits & Safety
- Ensure electrical safety of Human, Tools, Tackles & Equipment’s in their respective work areas.
- Assist electrical audit according to IMS Standards
- Knowledge of making Electrical MIS reports
- Developing Documentation on Drawings, PM Check Lists, Equipment History Sheets
- Knowledge on Parallel Operation of Transformers, Synchronizing, SPRS system and Relay Co-ordination.
- Awareness on Renewable Energy, Power Trading, Thermography, Condition Monitoring, & Latest Technology Updates
- Spares Planning and Cost Control
- Understand & prepare electrical circuit diagram for different section of plant &equipment’s
- Operation and Maintenance of Substation Equipment’s.
- Knowledge in, Overhauling of Major Equipment’s like HT Motor, Transformer, OLTC, LT motors and switchgears.
- Skills in Decision Making, Team Building, Motivation
- Electrical Energy Audit and Plant Power Consumption
- Problem solving ability in Electrical systems. Knowledge on power & control circuit preparation. Handling up gradation and projects. APSPDCL & APTRANSCO contact for field work & Assisting Electrical inspectorate work. manpower planning, dealing with Vendors / OEM / Contractors
- Preparation of Project Proposals & Estimation
- Understanding the Management Requirement, Commitment in line with Management, Customer Satisfaction, Internal & External Problem Solving Ability
- Role of Energy Manager, Energy Conservation, Handling of IMS Audits, Energy Audits, Safety Audits
Civil Engineer
3 – 8 years
- Responsible for Project Planning and Control of the Plant and Colony.
- Responsible for preparation of CAPEX for the projects.
- Responsible for all activities which are related for obtaining Capex approval and execution of the same in the Plant and Colony
- Responsible for planning and execution of site modification based on the requirement.
- Responsible for the de- bottle necking projects and timely completion of the same.
- Ensuring that the systems and control are in place for better operations.
- Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and environment practice and ensuring compliances with relevant statutory requirements.

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the greenery in plant and colony
- Responsible for the construction and maintenance of Railway siding
- Responsible for the construction and maintenance of educational institutes

- Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the Civil Team.
