Job Description :
Talk to design engineers and tell them about the simulation activities that are important to each project.
Build CFD and FEM models and run advanced simulations and analyses.
Run FEA simulations to figure out important design parameters like Flow coefficient Kv, Flow rate, Forces on moving parts, Multiphase flow behaviour, and Thermal behaviour.
Use contour plots of pressure, velocity, and temperature to figure out what the simulation results mean and how to improve the critical output parameters.
Autodesk Inventor, if you have experience with 3D-CAD software tools.
Having worked with Ansys (E.g. Fluent, Desktop, Space Claim, Workbench)
A method of working that is analytical and organized
Explore new techniques and numerical models to improve your ability to run simulations.
Talk to other simulation engineers to figure out how to coordinate parameters that conflict with each other.
