What you’ll achieve
As a Lead Specialist, Quality Control, you will be responsible for shift operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipment’s. You will work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on engineering change management
You will:
- Responsible of designing and developing robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift
- Primarily to support running of factory by resolving conveyor & rotating equipment breakdowns, delivering maintenance, reactive and proactive maintenance work in rotating shift.
- Responsible for New line setup through systematic approach of equipment integration
- Compliant with Lean & ISO standards

Essential Requirements
- 3 to 7 Years of related experience
- Experience in robotics programming
- Design scalable and fast web applications, Experience in the field of Machine Learning, Computer Vision Deep Learning & OCR solutions, object detection algorithms
- Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program development
- Experience in creating software & executing automation scripts using open source tools (VB,SQL,Python)

Designation: Supervisor, Production Operations

As the primary logistics contact internally, Production Operations steers the daily workflow activities within the factory, managing operations processes and people to achieve a quality output. Focused on achieving the required level of production on an hour-to-hour, daily, monthly and yearly basis, we oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations. To do this, we work with a range of internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, Distribution and IT.

What you’ll achieve
As a Supervisor , Production Operations at Dell Technologies you would be responsible for managing production of Desktop, Notebook, AIO , Workstation and Servers in multi shift environment.
You Will:
- Need to have good people handling capabilities and communication skills. Motivating factory employees to continually achieve factory targets. Responsible for Operators Skill-set improvement by engaging them in MOD programs and career improvements.
- Make sure KPI targets are met on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and report. Should have the working knowledge on automated process and Digital Application systems.
- Exposure to mass production, knowledge of capacity planning. Hands on working in the line and aware of critical processes, Problem solving techniques (PDCA and Six sigma), should be able to articulate the problems across to Team members, familiar with safety standards and ISO systems.
- Knowledge of product/process/material flow/Inventory Management. Controlling WIP inventory, Rejections, Rework, Scrap rate
- Responsible for Productivity Ramp Plan and productivity drive. Working with cross functional teams like Quality, NPI, Process Engineering and Safety to ensure smooth running of production. Drive improvement innovation ideas generation and implementation. Compliant with Lean, Daily process audit,6S, Annual Ethics Training & ISO standards.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production operations and 10+ years overall experience.
- Minimum requirement of bachelor’s Engineering degree/MBA/Relevant Qualifications.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to multitask
- Should be flexible to work across different shift timings and 6 days a week shift pattern.
Desirable Requirements
- Preferable to have diversity candidate with relevant shopfloor experience
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Strong management and leadership skills. Strong ability to multitask. Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate your thoughts clearly. Data driven approach.
- Handling the new Projects initiatives Innovative and quick response to spot the issues and provide turn around.
