- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material flow from point-of-supply to point-of-use for the finished good/ product and also for the spares/ component and sub-component level parts required for completion of the final product as well as plant maintenance.
- Driving the equilibrium between Production and Inventory Planning in consultation with the Supply Operations division of the organization. Develop a model to assess long term component requirements against different planning scenarios vis-a-vis capacity of the OEMs.

Job Description :
- Develop and maintain good relationships with the Sourcing Team and ensure material procurement in line with the production / aftermarket / sales forecasts.
- Coordinate for the material flow from point-of-supply to point-of-use for the finished good/ product and also for the spares/ component and sub-component level parts required for completion of the final product.
- Ensuring the availability of Schedule Agreements / Purchase Order for Procurement.
- Utilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) and ensure the right schedule to the Supplier.
- Monitor inventory levels and always have a keen eye on the Safety Stock level in the Ather Factory.
- Monitor the integrity of BOM and manage inventory accuracy.
- Aligning operational team members in achieving Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] of Aftermarket Order fulfillment. Root Cause analysis for deviation in KPIs.
- Maintaining necessary Management Information Systems [MIS] for better visibility.
- Continuous improvements in sync with the Organization Goals.
