Job Description :
The planning of materials for production.
Meet production goals on a regular basis and look into and fix production problems right away.
Defects on the production line are looked at and tracked every day.
In charge of keeping track of materials on the production line and sending reports to stores.
Make sure there is a steady flow of production and that the right product is made at the right time, in the right amount, and with the right quality.
Monitoring customer complaints every day, coming up with a plan of action, and carrying it out
Kaizen and Poke yoke should be used at all possible stages in Line Using the “5 S” technique
Ensure optimal machine utilization Start, recommend, investigate, troubleshoot, and come up with solutions and actions to stop any problems with the products, process, or quality system from happening.
