Job Description :
Expert in getting to the bottom of problems with rubber compounding and processes. Learn how different design options behave in terms of NVH and temperature.
In-depth knowledge of rubber components, testing, rubber compounding and the process of making new products, as well as the durability and NVH behavior of rubber components.
Assembly and product development process, supplier evaluation, technical review, DFMEA, DVP&R, control plan, PFMEA, and PPAP.
Take part in Ride and Drive evaluations to find out how the car rides, how it handles, and what the problems are so that you can fix them.
Root cause analysis (both proactive and reactive methods) for parts in development and field returns/warranty.
Familiarity with DFSS design methods and reactive root cause analysis methods. (DOE, Shining).
