Job Description :
To make sure that sheet metal machines are available so that production goals can be met.
Compliance with the set goal for preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ability to fix machines when they break down and keep them in good shape.
Breakdowns should be looked at and improvements should be the main focus.
Keeping an eye on the machines’ essential and consumable spare parts.
To make sure that all machines are safe to use.
Improve key performance indicators for maintenance, such as Availability, MTTR, MTBF, RCCA, TPM, and total maintenance cost.
Lead key Supplier relationships, a strong network, and regular meetings to bring the Customer’s voice to the table.
Showing hands-on experience and helping subordinates improve their skills is a good way to be a leader.
