- Engineering Activities -Performs assigned test engineering related tasks as a member of a team in R&D
- Consulting – Assists in providing consulting services to business operations and customers especially in electrical power systems domain.
- Technical Solutions – Suggests effective applications, equipment and methods to develop, market or manufacture new products or new software to respond to customer requirements cost effectively.
- Market Knowledge – Maintains awareness of state-of the art technology and market trends affecting company products and services in the field of substation automation
- Maintain product documentation – revision of existing documents, preparation of new documents when necessary like Manufacturing drawing, Purchase drawings, Product brochures and manuals
- Technical support in the area of product testing together with mechanical engineering team members, support also team in routine production and testing functions
- Troubleshoot and analyze quality problems
- Answer technical queries from customers, provide setting calculations for protection relays to customers
- Product presentations to both internal and external customers
