Job Description :

  1. Responsible for Ensuring availability of materials for the production line / Module with optimum cost.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Planning, scheduling and procuring the materials based on the production plan
  • MRP run, Run QPS and Analyze shortage of materials.
  • Maintaining and configuring Material Master, Vendor Master, and Source list, Info Record, Quota Arrangement.
  • Generating purchase orders through SAP, when inventory levels reach reorder levels.
  • Material follow up, to track material status and expedite on bottle neck situation.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the GYR status of all Bottleneck and high value components
  • Tracking shipment, Work closely with FF & CHA for material clearance
  • Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipts. Invoice verification.
  • Confirming checklist to arrange for Custom Duty.
  • Monitoring the inventory according to the classes (ABC) of the material
  • Monitoring the inventory days and Inventory turn days according to the organization standard.
  • Coordinating with QA for quality related issues.
  • Preparing and monitoring monthly Vendor rating.
  • Analysis on Fast moving, non-moving, slow moving materials
  • Flash reports, MIS report & liquidation plan monthly and DSR report frequently.
