Job Description :
Manager – Quality
- Sustain and improve in-process quality index on a continuous basis
- Reduce rejection, rework, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure resolution of customer complaints
- Ensure reduction of cost of poor quality
- Ensure timely and effective process and product audit
- Ensure implementation of improvement projects
- Ensure a report of the status of quality is provided to management
Manager – Mechanical
The position shall be responsible for all mechanical maintenance, upkeep and preservation of all equipment in terms of mechanical aspects in the defined area consequently ensuring availability of machinery and ensuring the maintenance expenses are within budget. The position will also be responsible for ensuring predictive and preventive maintenance is done in an effective manner and within the prescribed timeframe in order to reduce machine breakdowns and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adherence to maintenance schedule and maintenance budget
- Reduction in downtime (Hours and Numbers)
- Reduction in cost of maintenance (Stores, spares and repair maintenance cost)
- Strong knowledge of Hydraulics and spares of Mixer, Extrusion & Curing presses
- Improvement in Plant reliability index
- % Reduction in accidents and unsafe conditions
- 5 Score improvement
- No. of Improvement initiatives (SPARSH Machine, Kaizen, Hira etc.)
- Training man days with a focus on capability building
- Improvement of MTTR & MTBF
