Job Description :
1. Inward parts inspection and inspection at supplier’s place
2. Stage inspection & report to Design for improvement / suggestion
3. Proto unit assembly and proto assembly audit
4. Complete testing and validation
a. Inhouse testing as per test plan & Feedback to R &D and complete the process
b. Validation of parts & feedback to R & D and complete the process
c. Co-ordinate with Design team for feedback and correction if any
5. Co-ordinating with service for product site validation as per test plan / performance plan and physical verification of performance report at site
6. Controlling all testing & measuring instruments.
7. Calibration of all measuring instruments / test equipment
