The responsibility of the role to maintain the Dealer Ordering system with latest PRicing information to generate accurate Dealer invoices.
Review the Inputs (Price Wire & Order Guides) and develop pricing logic accordingly and load the prices into Ordering System.
Develop buildable Sample Orders (Test Cases) based on Order Guide information.
Perform Quality check by using test cases developed and ensure accuracy.

Job Description : Simulation Engineer- Material Flow Engineering
- You will be responsible for Engineering & Material Flow Analysis using Discrete-Event Simulation Software packages to support Facility planning and Process improvements in Ford plants across the globe.
- You will lead multiple and complex simulation projects as a single point of contact to the regional counterpart to understand, build, simulate, and optimize the plant operational process flow models using simulation software packages and lean manufacturing principles
- You will be Interpreting simulation output to clearly identify findings, caveats, assumptions, and implications.
- You will be transforming simulation data and analysis outputs into clear data visualizations and/or reports to communicate findings.
- You will need to leverage design of experiments thinking to develop appropriate parameter sweep scenarios to best generate optimal and prescriptive decision making insights
Expert in Any of the Following Softwares – FlexSim (Must Have 2-3 Years on the job experience) / PlantSim / Anylogic
Expert experience with C Based programming required
Demonstrated knowledge of discrete-event simulation and/or agent-based simulation.(Expert knowledge preferred)
B.E., B.Tech., Diploma in Engineering
3 to 5 years
