Job Description : Â Â Â Â
- Troubleshoots and rectifies mechanical/electrical related machine faults within the reasonable time frame to ensure maximum availability of equipment’s
- Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and maintain report
- Assists in ensuring all required critical Mechanical spare parts are identified, ordered, and stocked at stores
- Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures
- Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary
- Assist in updating of maintenance records like daily work register, maintenance checklist, machines status report , history cards, etc
- Undertake any training as required and ensure working knowledge is kept current
- Responsible to help out during installation/development work
- Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials, and work area                          Â
