Job Description :
- Follow all safety, Health and Environmental system standards to ensure ZERO incidents
- Adhering to Quality Management System.
- Produce standard product as per the Quality system and control plan
- Achieving plant COT’s like UPTIME, FPFQY etc.,
- Coordinate and plan with team leader for PPM of all equipment in area of ownership.
- Supervise contract employees to conduct their work as per DuPont SHE standards
- Support Team leader to lead and manage the site after office hours.
- Maintain housekeeping standards at the highest levels
- Identify and record any problems relating to product, process and quality systems, Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels and verify the implementation, control further processing, shut down the process or stop delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Conduct all in-process quality tests and release product
- Participate in Quality improvement teams, safety programs, suggestion scheme and special projects
- Participate in internal QMS audits, internal safety audits and SLI audits.
- Actively engage in improvement programs and activities
- Work as a team to achieve quality management system objectives,
- Self – supervised shift management
- Undertake minor maintenance jobs during shift duty, major maintenance activities when assigned beyond shift.
- Trouble shooting support during mechanical breakdowns
