Job Description :
- Having experience in start-up, shut down, emergencies handling and routine panel operation of Propane, Butane and Condensate Storage area with refrigerated and atmospheric storage tanks and refrigeration system, fuel gas and flare system, utilities like Instrument air, Nitrogen generation unit, Product (C3/C4) Storage/Handling & Transfer, Ship unloading Operations and Flare Operation.
- To monitor & control process parameters in DCS panel in utilities, storage tank, Rotary equipment and loading gantry. Strong understanding of process parameters, safe operating limits, alarms, process trends, interpretations, Trips & interlock.
- Skilled in Permit to Work system and HSE requirements for issuing permits for field and control room maintenance work. Detailed knowledge of Lock out /Tag out system, isolation system, HSE, Override system for execution of maintenance works.
- Skilled in operation of instruments, equipment, and machines like refrigeration screw compressor, Multistage centrifugal pumps, diesel generators, control valves, level gauges, and meters and good knowledge of maintenance activities of instruments, equipment, and machines.
- Skilled in analysis & understanding of lab results and recommended corrective actions.
- Detailed knowledge of fire & safety equipment, Gas detector instruments function operation
in process, utilities, storage and loading areas.
- Ability to review Vendor documents, Completion dossiers review, drawings like PFDs, P&IDs, Operating manuals, and other operations deliverables.
- Having knowledge in Operation Discipline and Process Safety, and standards related to Oil and Gas field.
Position : TERMINAL OPERATOR (Field & Loading Bay)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Having experience in field operations related to routine field operations & maintenance. Hand on operations in utilities like Instrument air, Nitrogen generation unit, Product (C3/C4) Storage/Handling & Transfer, flare Operation, compressors & pumps and loading bay operations on rotating shift Basis.
- To monitor & control process parameters in field related to Rotary & static equipment & loading gantry.
- Skilled in Permit to Work system and HSE requirements for permits for field and control room maintenance work. Detailed knowledge of Lock out /Tag out system, isolation system, HSE, for execution of maintenance works.
- Maintain good communication with control room using walkie-Talkie and Paging system.
- Detailed knowledge of fire & safety equipment, Gas detector instruments function operation in process, utilities, storage and loading areas.
- Having knowledge in Process hazard analysis, process safety management, safety standards related to oil and gas field.
- To maintain log sheet & shift logbook for day-to-day field operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification : ITI- Mechanical Maintenance Chemical Plant (MMCP) / Fitter in Government
Recognized Industrial Training Institute
Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in field operations related to chemical plant,
fertilizer plant/ Oil & Gas Plant operations.
