Design Engineer – Chassis Integration
Job Summary:
Design of Superstructures Integration with chassis. Development of 3D models, Drafting, preparation of BOM, and release to internal customers. Technical discussions with vendors, chassis OEMs, and customers
Required Skills:
- Strong Technical knowledge and visualization.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal & external customers and senior management.
- Study field failures, and suggest resolving the issues.
- Engineering design calculation.
- Chassis integration
- Weld design.
- 3D modelling, Hydraulic routing, Drafting, preparation of BOM.
- Exposure to Solid Edge, SAP.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Integration Design of Super structures with chassis.
- Design of weld connections.
- Design of Equipment layout
- Preparation of 3D models and release of drawing for manufacturing
- Axle load calculations.
- Stability calculation.
- Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors & suppliers.
- Resolving fields failures
