Apart from saving the trouble of importing, Versa Drives works closely with customers to customize the products to their requirements at reduced costs which the OEMs always look for. We design & manufacture innovative super-efficient appliances that save energy and offer great user experience to the consumer. Versa Drives built the first super-efficient ceiling fan in India that is viable to manufacture and market commercially. This was the first of the product that was based our super-efficient motor and drive product. The first appliance introduced in the market is the awards winning ceiling fan in the brand name of Superfan that has potential to save 12000 million Units of electricity for India in a year. We have plans to develop many more super-efficient appliances which would be saving energy at our homes.

CONFIGURATION CONTROL ENGINEER

- Reviewing the entire product related information’s with respect to configuration control policy.
- Responsible for revision control of all the products and related documented information’s for manufacturing release.
- Maintaining the product change revision history
- Issuing or transferring product information’s in the form of documents from D&D to other departments.
- Responsible for retrieval and maintenance of product manufacturing files and its related documents
- Responsible for withdrawal of obsolete product information’s from stakeholders.
- Ensuring the right accessibility and availability of all product related information’s.
- Preparing and maintaining the material approval record.
- Preparing and maintaining the approved raw materials database.
- Preparing and maintaining the configuration control server.
- Preparing and maintaining the master list of standards.
- Preparing and maintaining the codification or part numbering system of all products (for manufacturing release) and its related documents.
