Job Profile | • The candidate should have Knowledge of SAP MM Module, preferably with 4-5 years of experience • Preparing vendor list approval note • Preparing and floating tenders based on instructions from Client-in-charge • Coordinating and holding meetings within Client and with vendors • Expediting with vendors for adequate offers, replying to vendor’s queries in consultation with Client-in-charge • Carrying out Commercial Evaluation of Bids • Processing of TEC files in SAP as well as outside SAP • Preparing LOI/ Purchase Orders and issuing to the vendor • Should have understanding of contract management and should be able to prepare contract document • Expediting with vendors for early receipt of material in case of emergencies • Follow up with warehouse users for processing of GRN. Sorting out issues, if any • Analyzing payments queries and coordinating with vendor/Client for smooth processing of payments and retention money • Preparing of closure files and other miscellaneous jobs as instructed by Client in charge • Drafting of notes, arranging /filing/retrieving documents, preparation of files, follow up etc. maintaining of safe keeping of records • Receipt, checking, counting verifying, marking, tagging and binning of material, frequent stock check as instructed by Client • Maintaining/updating records and excise registers as required under excise rules and regulations, processing of document in systems as instructed by Client • Preparation of material data sheet in excel/word as per requirement of Client • Interaction & Co-coordinating between Client Vendor registration cell, Vendor/Service master updating cell, warehouse etc • Issue and Receipt of material to the contractor, issuing of Gate pass, reconciliation of receipt and issue of material • Verify monthly/ Quarterly reports |
