Excellent communication skills to handle clients from abroad
Follow TAT and accuracy guidelines, report daily performance, update all performance records, and Report KPIs/SLAs in accordance with the scheduled times.
Perform the specified tasks in accordance with the established timetables and process accuracy requirements.

With expertise in order management, collections, dispute resolution, and O2C invoice management
handling consumer calls, emails, and O2C Helpdesk
SAP Helpdesk metrics exposure (including invoicing, contracts, workflows)
International Voice Process : US / Canadian Night Shifts & Excellent Communication Skills
