Short Description
Meet the Daily Production Target of Engine assembly as per the model-wise plan for the frame
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly production plan for engine assembly to meet 100% delivery targets.
- Meet Daily Shift wise production plan of Frame Assembly with desired product mix.
- Consumption control of resources to Meet budgeted variable cost for Engine Assembly.
- Execute system for improving process and equipment efficiency in Engine Assembly
- Manpower Skill Enhancement at Engine Assembly to ensure required competency availability in the shop.
- Ensure Zero injury and Hazards at the workplace

Short Description
To manage Electronics Lab and provide uninterrupted UPS power and telecommunication services for the entire plant so as to ensure seamless plant operations and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure UPS power availability and maintenance for seamless operation of the plant
- Maintain Telecommunication System and Ensuring availability of the same for uninterrupted communication of the plant
- Ensure CCTV cameras’ working to prevent/identify any malicious activity in the plant
- Keeping backup of all machines to deal with the breakdown of machines and to minimise downtime
- Ensuring the cleanliness of machine drives as a part of preventive maintenance
- Maintaining DC Nut-Runner Tools in order to maintain the uptime of Assembly lines of the plant
