Purpose of the role
- Ensure the on time delivery of the assembly.
- Ensure the only quality product is delivered.
- Ensure the FAI completion as per customer requirement.
Job Description
- Schedule the day in day out plan as per the monthly target.
- Mapping of FAI as per the customer requirement.
- Ensure the material availability to achieve the target.
- Increasing the capacity by finding the bottle neck & Elimination by kaizen activities.
- Reducing the quality defects by error proofing method.
- Scheduling the manpower allocation as per the target.
- Increasing the quality check points.
- Implementation of CAPA as per the customer feedbacks.
- Ensure the Completion of FAI as per the daily targets.
- Implementation of TQM activities.
- Implementation of 4 M concept in the shop floor.
- Completion of FAI tasks moves in ERP.
- Conducting Skill level training program.
