Job Description :
1. Advanced degree in engineering or applied science (M.S. Optics preferred/B.Tech./M.Tech. Mechanical + Optics specialization or Electronics + Optics specialization)
2. A strong background in optical design activities (Light Source selection LEDs/LASERs etc.)
3. An understanding of optical design and test methods (TIR/Reflector Optics Design & Photometric testing)
4. Familiarity and working knowledge with optical design software (Light-tools or Zemax or Trace-pro)
5. Knowledge of the system development lifecycle
6. Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
7. A results-oriented and structured problem-solving approach
8. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
