Mech Design Engr
Hyderabad,
ME/MTech/MS in Aerospace/Mechanical engineering or relevant area with more than 2 years of experience in the relevant domain.
Build CAD model for fluid volume and/or fluid + solid volume in CAD.
Generate high quality Aero and/or Aero-CHT Mesh for high fidelity CFD analysis.
Knowledge of aero-thermo-chemical processes in gas turbine engines and its components.
In-depth knowledge in CFD, good understanding of mesh requirement for high fidelity CFD analysis
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Advanced Mech Design
Bangalore
Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Degree or Equivalent with 6+ years’ experience
Hands on experience (Intermediate to Expert level) on the ANSYS Customization Toolkit (ACT), Programming and scripting via Python, Matlab, Ansys APDL
Experience of running various simulations for Strength, LCF, HCF, Thermal, and Dynamics (Normal modes, forced response) using Ansys and Nastran
Assimilate, analyze and present the project/tasks results to SME’s and stakeholders (internal and external) keeping the big picture in mind
