Line Management ( PLC, Robot, Drop lifter, Servo system, Sealer,

Electro monorail system, Linear systems)

• Preventive Maintenance scheduling , Planning & Execution
• Troubleshooting knowledge & Attending breakdown maintenance
• Equipment spares management , Stock room inventory knowledge
• Knowledge in ERP system usage (preferably SAP)
• Repeated Problem analysis & Action plan for elimination
• One Point Lesson & Trouble shooting Guide Preparation
• Spares Repair & Servicing
• Knowledge in monitoring MTTR & MTBF
