Job Description :
- Sourcing and development of Chassis & Module parts
- To carry out all part development activities, including material selection, tool development, testing, validation, price negotiation, quality management.
- Sourcing of components for passenger cars, Car problem review, First time vendor & critical parts management
- Development of components for the new model, facelift MY, EO change parts including 4M process
- Negotiation of all types of costs, terms & conditions
- Tool movement documentation/asset creation, payment, ISIR, coordination & approval
- Tryout, DIMS, OK follow up, ES/MS Completion verification, duration & endurance planning
- Process audit, pilot stage quality issue, delivery issue follow up & countermeasure implementation
- One time implementation of EO changes (Design change, Cost Reduction, Quality Improvement)
- Cost approval for EO change, capacity enhancement, etc.
- Capacity management, RM trend monitoring, focus on CR through VA/VE, safety & risk mitigation, critical issue management,

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team who will have responsibility to support key incentive channels and the Operations Accountant Manager. You will also provide support with new vehicle pricing, goods receipting of shipments, running the Fleet/Demo scheme and physical stock take reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing dealer incentive payments for Fleet / Demo scheme
- Incentive & Profit analysis on key channels
- Ownership of incentive related GL accounts
- Month end reconciliations & accruals
- Goods receipting over GBP 1 billion worth of vehicles
- Provide support to dealer network on payment queries
- Month end work completed within agreed timescales
Dealer Incentives
- Process Fleet / Demo claims on intranet & payment runs on a weekly basis
- Liaise with dealers as required and work closely with Fleet to accurately update incentive/price protection & handling fees
- Analyse incentive spending & profitability
- Monthly reconciliations completed within specified time & calculation of accurate accruals
- Dealer emails handled efficiently and on time
New Vehicles
- Assists stocktake of new car stock and produce reconciliation between general ledger and stock report
- Assist with daily/weekly reports as required
- Process vehicle shipments when due and liaise with factories or Supply/Sales departments as appropriate
- Ensure manifests are correct and in accordance with factory invoices and costing files
- Reconcile & follow up any cost discrepancies with Factory & Product department
- Assist with customs import procedures
