Job Description :
Graduation with 15-year full-time education is mandatory; candidates must have a degree completion certificate with complete mark sheets. No undergraduates
For over 2 years of experience, candidates must have a computer science degree and a voice/chat/mail blended service desk.
Excellent communication skills CEFR :: B1, C1, C2
Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, M.S. teams, BSOD, driver installation, Printer and WIFI troubleshooting
Experience with Service Now, Remedy, Control M or similar ticketing tools with knowledge of 0ticket priority, severity
Knowledge of Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incident
Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle
Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled
Work from Office is mandatory, with No option of hybrid and WFH
24*7 Shifts are mandatory
