- Material planning for production.
- Meet production targets continuous basis and analyze & immediate action on production difficulties
- Daily monitoring and analysis of defects on the production line.
- Responsible for material control in the production line and accounting to stores.
- Ensure steady production flow, and produce the right product in quality, quantity, and time.
- Daily monitoring of Customer Complaints, making appropriate action plans, and execution
- Implementation of Kaizen and Poke yoke at all possible stages in Line
- Following the “5 S” Practice
- Ensure optimal machine utilization
- Initiate, recommend, investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products, process, and quality system.
