Job Description :
Accomplished successful installation, troubleshooting, maintenance & commissioning activities of double deck screen, Ball Mil, slurry pump, Raw water pumps, Dewatering pump, press filter & Hydraulic System, Hydro Cyclone, Thickener, Air Booster & other critical equipment
Reduced vibrations through suction, discharge &base modification of raw water centrifugal pump at MSP
Participating in TPM, CBM & Kaizen activities maintaining IMS related paper works
Escalated Overall Operating Efficiency (OEE) by 10% improving reliability by predictive maintenance techniques at Super Smelters
Monitoring critical equipment & operating parameters , implementing production ,cost & quality control mechanisms.
