Job Description :
Able to lead, motivate, provide direction to lead engineers in all aspects and develop a high performance team.
Exhibit excellent client management skills involving international customers.
Actively communicate with other disciplines to optimise areas of interface during the design development & Interface with Subcontractors for offloading the design engineering activities.
Research & analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, identify the cost, risk areas and mitigation plan in discussion with the Business Head.
