Job Description :
Able to lead, motivate, and give direction to lead engineers in all areas and build a high-performing team. Show that you are good at managing customers, especially international ones.
Actively talk to people from other fields to figure out how to make the best use of interfaces as the design is being made. Work with subcontractors to get the design engineering work done.
Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to figure out if it’s possible, how much it will cost, where the risks are, and how to deal with them.
Design/Engineering of structural components, piping systems, pressure vessels and columns, WHR modules, etc., as per the client’s specifications for manufacturing of heavy steel structures and equipment’s for oil and gas applications, refineries, petrochemical/fertilizer complexes, and power plants.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, and other vendors to get drawings approved, prepare and sign off on the material specification and bill of materials.
