- Experience
Lead the design team to work on at least two EPC projects at the same time.
Know how the EHV, HV, MV, and LV power distribution systems work and what each one can handle.
The participating vendor will review and finalise the technical requirements based on the needs of the project.
Preparing the GA for the layout of the electrical substation and the arrangement of the cable cellar.
Making layout drawings for cable routing, earthing, lighting, and lighting layout.
Experience making motor schematics, different control circuits, and looking over vendor bids.
Knowledge and experience in choosing motors and starters like VFD, SS, and ATS in HV and MV/LV voltage levels.
Experience with different kinds of energy-efficient motors, DG sets, and reviewing vendor documents and curves of characteristics.
Choose switchgear parts based on the type-2 coordination chart.
Making lists of department DCIs and MCIs, scope matrices, design review plans, risk matrices, and deviation scopes.
Handling bids, making pre-bid queries, figuring out what the major and minor parts of a project are, coming up with the best design and BOQ proposals, communicating with other departments, and making technical specifications and data sheets for equipment.

- Must be able to make the drawings below:
P&ID, Wiring drg, Hook-up, Inst. Location plan, Panel and JB layouts, all schematics, cable routing and scheduling, and relevant construction reference drawings.
- Drawings of ELV systems like FAS, ACS, BMS, EPABX, LAN/WAN, CCTV, PA System, etc.
- Must know a lot about 3D modelling through Revit and smart plant P&ID
Must know a lot about how to work with other fields, like Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical.
