Purpose of the role
- Develop multiple concepts and design for system / sub system to meet functional target specifications through Design Thinking.
- Designing of new system / sub system with reliable and cost effective concepts.
- Concept proving for systems and sub systems for break through and next generation products.
- Development of 2D scheme for system / sub system.
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Multiple concept creation and selection.
- Multiple embodiment design for selected concepts.
- Provide theoretical calculation for concept / system level
- Create DFMA for system / sub system.
- concept Verification and proving
- Test to ensure flawless design in concept level.

Quality Engineer (Assembly & Customer Audit QA)
Experience : Fresher
Job Description :
- Reduction of Customer Complaints in Textile Spinning Machinery
- Reduction of Free Replacement value.
- Establish Robust Quality system to reduce Supply Discrepancies.
- Reduction of New Product DPM.
- Reduction of Customer complaint response time to improve service.
Role Description
- Analysis of customer complaints and action initiation in coordination with CFT
- Store stock verification and containment action against the complaint
- Error proof implementation in process / assembly stage/Drawing alteration/Packing improvements
- On time Closure of Customer complaints with action in DEMS module
- FR clearance based on the analysis
- Customer return material analyzed and action initiated by receipt traveler
- Resolution of Chronic complaints through QCC projects
- Project report preparation for Completed QCC projects
- Quality plan preparation/ review for stage wise inspection / testing / Final PDI for assembly through PFMEA approach
- Audit of Stage inspection and machine testing against quality plan
- DD item verification against packing list and specification
- Final product inspection as per quality plan and machine clearance
- Analysis and disposition of action for issues reported during assembly (AFR)
- Functional tester preparation and implementation
- Measurement system identification and implementation for settings at assembly
- Product audit at mill for Current and New products
- Resolution of Product audit observation along with CFT through FMEA approach
- Review of Packing methods through PFMEA
- Completion of gate activity requirements as per NPD project plan
- Identifying potential failure modes through PFMEA approach for New products at NPD stage
- Review of NPD observation with CFT and Resolve
- Preparation of Signoff report for NPD and ECOs
- Effective implementation of ECO’s and special execution
- Identifying and updating the CTQ Parameters in Part & Assembly drawing along with CFT team through PFMEA approach
