Educational Qualifications: Diploma / B.E.Mechanical Engineer

Purpose of the role

  1. Develop multiple concepts and design for system / sub system to meet functional target specifications through Design Thinking.
  2. Designing of new system / sub system with reliable and cost effective concepts.
  3. Concept proving for systems and sub systems for break through and next generation products.
  4. Development of 2D scheme for system / sub system.

Roles and Responsibilities.

  1. Multiple concept creation and selection.
  2. Multiple embodiment design for selected concepts.
  3. Provide theoretical calculation for concept / system level
  4. Create DFMA for system / sub system.
  5. concept Verification and proving
  6. Test to ensure flawless design in concept level.

Quality Engineer (Assembly & Customer Audit QA)

Experience : Fresher

Job Description :  

  1. Reduction of Customer Complaints in Textile Spinning Machinery
  2. Reduction of Free Replacement value.
  3. Establish Robust Quality system to reduce Supply Discrepancies.
  4. Reduction of New Product DPM.
  5. Reduction of Customer complaint response time to improve service.               

Role Description

  1. Analysis of customer complaints and action initiation in coordination with CFT
  2. Store stock verification and containment action against the complaint
  3. Error proof implementation in process / assembly stage/Drawing alteration/Packing improvements
  4. On time Closure of Customer complaints with action in DEMS module
  5. FR clearance based on the analysis
  6. Customer return material analyzed and action initiated by receipt traveler
  7. Resolution of Chronic complaints through QCC projects
  8. Project report preparation for Completed QCC projects
  9. Quality plan preparation/ review for stage wise inspection / testing / Final PDI for assembly through PFMEA approach
  10. Audit of Stage inspection and machine testing against quality plan
  11. DD item verification against packing list and specification
  12. Final product inspection as per quality plan and machine clearance
  13. Analysis and disposition of action for issues reported during assembly (AFR)
  14. Functional tester preparation and implementation
  15. Measurement system identification and implementation for settings at assembly
  16. Product audit at mill for Current and New products
  17. Resolution of Product audit observation along with CFT through FMEA approach
  18. Review of Packing methods through PFMEA
  19. Completion of gate activity requirements as per NPD project plan
  20. Identifying potential failure modes through PFMEA approach for New products at NPD stage
  21. Review of NPD observation with CFT and Resolve
  22. Preparation of Signoff report for NPD and ECOs
  23. Effective implementation of ECO’s and special execution
  24. Identifying and updating the CTQ Parameters in Part & Assembly drawing along with CFT team through PFMEA approach
