Roles and Responsibilities :
Technically support welding activity with respect to welding procedures, sequence of welding, welder training and development.
Primarily responsible for development of new welding procedures/techniques.
Development and documentation of welding procedures under classification societies
Develop new methodologies to improve productivity/efficiency
Project suitable consumables to production for carrying out various welding activities
Monitoring day-to-day activities of contractors welders, quality of job and productivity
Create and maintain ISO documents
