Engineer – Maintenance
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Working experience in operations and maintenance in Oil & Gas / Refinery/Petrochemicals Industry/equivalent industry.
Job Description :
Primary responsibility for preparing/developing work plan with comprehensive work packs from overhaul reports, maintenance reports, general task list, equipment-specific task lists, spare part list, equipment drawings, circuit diagrams, P&IDs, operation and maintenance manuals of OEMs, Asset best practises, technical implementation letter (TIL), etc., for heavy duty rotary equipment like engines, pumps, compressors, turbines, etc., and static equipment like columns, safeties, etc.
Building work packs with detailed descriptions of the tasks that need to be done to fix or maintain each machine, including the parts needed, the resources needed, the tools needed, the time needed, and the relationship between tasks.
Prepare initial response, do assessment, make sure work is prioritised correctly, troubleshoot and suggest technical solutions virtually, coordinate discussion with stakeholders, do Risk Assessment, make sure good QA/QC, record keeping, and final job closure to ensure high equipment reliability and plant technical availability.

After-Sales Support to all customers (personal and fleet) of the Area through the respective Dealers and make sure that all customers have a higher Customer Satisfaction Index.
Stop customer complaints from getting worse (escalation), find out why they got worse, and take preventive steps at the dealership. If a customer’s concern is raised, the problem should be fixed as soon as possible.
Make sure that the dealer delivers the car in the shortest amount of time possible. This is called the “turn-around time.” Also, make sure that the M&M Service Guidelines are followed at each dealer. Do regular audits to find GAPs and act on GAPs with the dealer.
closure To offer technical support for complaints about EVs that are very important and can’t be solved by the dealer.
Help with TARs brought up by the dealership To do OJTs (on-the-job training) about field failures and how to fix them in their own dealerships, and to nominate people for different trainings held in the Training Centre to improve EVs’ skills.
To do regular (weekly and monthly) audits to make sure that the dealership has a minimum stock of fast-moving spare parts. Talk to the SPMs of the dealers about how they manage their inventory. Spare Parts Follow and coordinate with the warehouse (MEML and MADPL) for off-road vehicles in the workshop.

Your Duties:
Putting systems together in the lab
Help come up with strategies for checking hardware
Make test plans and specifications for hardware based on the test strategies, Do lab tests according to the test requirements
Set up test cases and requirements to check and confirm hardware and hardware-related system needs.
Make test reports and send them out, Help ZF become better at lab tests
estimate the amount of work and meet deadlines and quality standards, Help with process improvement, learning from each other, etc.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on mechatronics.
If you have less than 5 years of experience, it’s best if you know how to programme (Labview, Diadem) and use DAQ.
Works well with others and communicates well.
