Job Description :
As an experienced freight forwarding coordinator from a heavy engineering/manufacturing industry background, you will work closely with the manufacturing and the Export coordinator in developing and executing standardised distribution processes and support the coordination of import and export processes for packing, freight forwarder bookings & shipping documentation with timely follow up on confirmations (internal to Bradken and external suppliers) and update the destination teams and manufacturing on the progress.
With excellent attention to detail, you will ensure the completion of accurate import and export documentation in accordance with external authority requirements and provide timely and comprehensive information to other Freight teams and Sales Teams as required.
You are focused on continuous improvement and will seek out opportunities to rationalise freight costs across Bradken component and product movement where necessary and be proactive in helping identify enhancements and changes in distribution processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of process.
You are very organised and a good administration profession who will complete all Basware requirements as allocated within the system in a timely manner ensuring month end processing requirements are met.
